  1. Problem: When I'm using LDAP connector for GROUP provisioning I got the following error:

    Solution: "Base DN" field  for groups is empty on UI. Please fill this value.

  2. Problem: When I login to OpenIAM my credentials are passed successfully, but system redirect me again to login page.


    1. Try login in private mode in browser. If this helps than you have problems with cookies in your browser. Clean up cookie and try again in normal mode.

    2. Check that your  Content Providers and / or  Reverse Proxy module are configured properly.

  3. Problem: When I choose unlock password and select send token to email it redirect me to security questions.

    Solution: in data/openiam/conf/ add property:
  4. Problem: During installation from RPM you got following error: useradd: group openiam exists - if you want to add this user to that group, use -g.
    Solution: You already have created user and / or group openiam in you system. Please run following script to fix problems (tested on CentOS6, CentOS7)

  5. Problem: org.hibernate.LazyInitializationException: illegal access to loading collection
